This shipping policy applies to orders placed on our online store.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time if a delay occurs.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metropolitan France: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–14 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipment date, not the order date. Times may vary depending on the destination country/region and any customs-related issues.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
The store is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply when your package arrives in your country. All additional charges imposed during customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@dusktop.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
